Baluch, Gianfrancesco & Mathieu seeks to provide quality legal services in an efficient, pro active and cost effective manner. Our approach to each case is determined by the merits, potential risks and issues involved in that particular case. In every case, we aim to keep clients well informed and encourage client input and involvement in the litigation process.
     The firm includes three partners and one law clerk. Due to the firm's moderate size, each of the firm's attorneys is regularly apprised of the status of all open cases through frequent firm meetings. All of the firm's attorneys are prepared to proceed with any file in the office as needed. Due to the shared work arrangements, resources are better disbursed, the need for continuances and extensions is virtually eliminated, and files are routinely monitored by more than one attorney at no additional cost to the client. 

     Every lawyer in the firm is accessible to any personal injury client as well as the adjuster or representative of any insurance carrier or corporate client. We regularly provide advice and input not only on cases the firm is handling, but also on general legal questions or concerns that arise before our clients or their representatives. We encourage the open dialogue with the clients in order that we may be able to address legal issues prior to suit and potentially prevent or settle claims before litigation ensues.
     The firm's partners have worked together for over two decades and have enjoyed years of success in the courtroom, boardroom, and while working for their clients through alternative dispute forums such as arbitrations and mediations.
